SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer Free Standard Shipping for purchases above $100, within the 48 Contiguous United States- excluding non-contiguous States of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories and possessions, which are American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Customers pay a flat fee of $9.95 for orders less than $100 shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States.

Customers pay a flat fee of $25.00 USD for orders shipped to Canada.

The Shipping Fees for orders placed from non-Contiguous States are paid by the customer.  The options and rates will be available at the Checkout once all the information is entered.

* All products' shipping time is shown within each product page. The shipping time varies from 2 days up to 30 business days from the date of the order determined by the product's availability.

         “Business Day” refers to Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

*You will be notified on the status of the shipment by email once your order is completed.

**Please note that we do not ship to a P. O. BOX and you must provide us with a valid residential address in order to accommodate your request. **

NEED IT IN A HURRY?

It generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery by Standard Shipping method.
Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge.  Weekend delivery is available based on the selected shipping method. 
No holiday delivery is available. Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions.

ORDER TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION

We will send you an email confirming that your order has shipped. 
You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order online.
If your order appears late, remember:
-Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
-Expedited orders placed after 12 noon PST are processed the following business day.
-Expedited delivery only occurs on Business Days, excluding holidays.

*At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is obligated to check that the number of parcels delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
*If an error is found or if the items are found to be defective, contact us within 3 days of delivered date.
