As a little girl, Mary received a Barbie as a gift and was fascinated by the possibility of transforming it into a thousand others without ever replacing the doll itself, a simple yet magical dynamic. This is how the TailorYourChoiceS concept was born, the bag that can be transformed into many other bags. TailorYourChoiceS is a bag with a thousand faces, designed by a contemporary woman for contemporary women, in search of maximum functionality but distinguishing herself for style.

We offer Free Standard Shipping for purchases above $100, within the 48 Contiguous United States.

For orders less than $100 shipped within the United States, the shipping rate is calculated at the checkout based on the address, package size, and weight.

Shipping to all other countries is calculated at the checkout based on the address, package size and weight.

* All products' shipping time is shown within each product page. The shipping time varies from 2 days up to 30 business days from the date of the order determined by the product's availability.

         “Business Day” refers to Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

*You will be notified on the status of the shipment by email once your order is completed.

**Please note that we do not ship to a P. O. BOX and you must provide us with a valid residential address in order to accommodate your request. **

NEED IT IN A HURRY?

It generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery by Standard Shipping method.
Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge.  Weekend delivery is available based on the selected shipping method. 
No holiday delivery is available. Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions.

ORDER TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION

We will send you an email confirming that your order has shipped. 
You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order online.
If your order appears late, remember:
-Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
-Expedited orders placed after 12 noon PST are processed the following business day.
-Expedited delivery only occurs on Business Days, excluding holidays.

*At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is obligated to check that the number of parcels delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
*If an error is found or if the items are found to be defective, contact us within 3 days of delivered date.

We want you to love everything you buy from us.  If you are not completely satisfied with your item for any reason, you may return it to us within 7 days for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. Sorry, return shipping fees are paid by customers unless the items were damaged or error on our part.

RETURN POLICY

• Merchandise must be in original and saleable condition and must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, animal hair and any other marks or stains.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and all tags intact.
• The following items may not be returned:

  Sale items, jewelry, handbags, hats, scarves, and products made to customer's specification.

RETURN TIMELINE

• All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days from receiving your items.
• If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. You will need to include written details about the defect and attach pictures.

* We accept authorized returns only; any unauthorized returns will not be credited back to you.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

• You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
• You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
• We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your returns. Please keep receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

STORE CREDIT

• After receiving your return and once the item has been checked and inspected for the condition, we will process your return.  Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
• We will issue a store credit via E-Gift Card.
• The original shipping fee will be deducted from your credit total.

EXCHANGES

A size guide is included for all items.  We strongly recommend taking your measurements and use the size guide to determine the right size for you.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us.  The above Return Policy still applies for Exchanges.
The customer is responsible for the return Shipping cost. 
After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift Card. 
You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
